Studio storefront

Set up your studio's public page on Depot, with your name, bio, links, logo and banner, and every public game page.

Your studio gets one public page on Depot that lists your games:

https://staging.depot.games/p/{studio}

{studio} is your studio's slug. It can't change, so the link stays the same.

The studio page goes live once at least one of your game pages is public. Until then, the link shows nothing.

Edit your studio page

Open the dashboard and select Storefront in the studio menu.

Under Branding, fill in the fields below and select Save.

Under Logo and banner, upload your images. Images save as soon as they upload.

The Studio page card shows your link, with Copy link and Open.

Editing the storefront needs permission to update the organization.

These are your studio's images. Each game's own art (hero, cover, icon and logo) is set per game. See Branding and media.

How games appear

Your studio page lists every game whose store page is public, newest published first. Each game shows as a card with:

  • Its hero art, or its cover if it has no hero.
  • Its name and tagline.
  • Its development status, unless it is Released.

Each card links to the game's page.

Unlisted pages, drafts and archived games are not on your studio page. To add a game, publish its page as public. To take it off, make the page unlisted or unpublish it. See Store pages.

The dashboard's Storefront section also lists your games, shows who can get each one, and links to each game's Store page tab.

Your studio's address

Verified studios also get their own address: https://<your-studio>.depot.games. It shows your studio page, and each game at https://<your-studio>.depot.games/<game>. Share whichever link you like; both show the same pages.

  • Search engines treat the staging.depot.games/p/... page as the main one, so your pages don't compete with each other.
  • Players sign in on the main site. On your address, Get it free and Redeem a key take them to the same game page there, where they get the game into their library.
  • A few names are reserved for Depot (for example www, api, docs and store). If your studio's name is one of them, your studio has no separate address; your /p/ link still works.

Depot verifies a studio before its address goes live, so a lookalike name never becomes a working link. Until then the dashboard's Storefront section shows the address you'll get; once you're verified, it shows the live address with a copy button.

While Depot is in staging, your address shows your staging storefront.
